COREu is the largest research and innovation project in the field of carbon capture and storage (CCS) funded by a European programme with the aim of accelerating the transition to a low-carbon future by aiming more specifically for a reduction of 6.8 Mt/year of CO2 by 2035 and 36 Mt/year by 2050.

SM4RTENANCE facilitates a neutral cross-sectorial data space for the manufacturing industry, where data can be provided by the different stakeholders, services provider, manufacturer, OEM customer, interacting along the complete asset lifecycle to operate maintenance services.

The project supports the adoption, tracing and demonstration of sustainable approaches by means of an innovative and circular product information management system, based on a data collection platform made transparent and secured by Blockchain and integrated with an open marketplace for the matched services.
